Information for Wholesale Customers

As a boutique producer and distributor, Cinnamon One can offer a uniquely personalised service catering to both large and small orders across all cinnamon classification grades. It also means we maximise freshness and shelf-life by producing to order, with fast turn around and delivery through our Australian distribution centre. As we supply cinnamon direct from the plantation, our wholesale customers can be confident in the quality, freshness and transparency of the supply chain.

Lead times and shipping information

Producing to order means you receive not only the exact the products and grades of cinnamon you need, but also that we ensure the freshest cinnamon possible, maximising its shelf life. For larger orders, production time ‘from tree to you’ is 8 to 10 weeks, subject to shipping availability and port conditions.

Cinnamon Grades

Cinnamon One is delighted to offer true Ceylon cinnamon quills across all four major grades: Alba, Continental, Mexican and Hamburg, as well as quillings, produced to order. We can also supply cinnamon leaf and cinnamon essential oils on request.

Partnerships and Private Labels

Our Plantation, Community, Distribution Centre

Our Plantation

Cinnamon One’s boutique, organically grown cinnamon plantation of over 20 acres (9 ha) is situated near Kekunadura in the southern province of Sri Lanka. With its sunny skies and sandy soils this region is famous for producing the best Ceylon cinnamon in Sri Lanka, and indeed the world. As we supply cinnamon direct from the plantation, our customers can be confident in the quality, freshness and transparency of the supply chain.

Our Community

Cinnamon One is committed to sustainable development and supporting our local farming communities. We work closely with Farming Clusters around Kekunadura to source the highest quality organic and conventionally grown cinnamon from over 200 partner farmers in the region.

Australian Distribution Centre

Quality, freshness and speed to market are fundamental to everything we do at Cinnamon One, which is why we have established a new distribution centre in Victoria, Australia. This allows us to minimize lead-times, maximize shelf life and meet the high standards expected by our valued Australian customers.
